So This is Easter

Merry Christmas, er, I mean, Happy Easter everyone!
And so it began… starting on Wednesday evening. On Tuesday, April 3, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (the “official” weather reporting location for Cleveland) reported a record high temperature of 80 degrees F.
On Wednesday, temperatures fell throughout the day into the 30’s. By Wednesday evening, it was snowing.

Clyde Jaconetta Caban 1992-2007

Hello friends,
It is with heavy hearts that we write to tell you the news of Clyde’s passing.
After bravely fighting metastatic lung cancer for several months, Clyde passed away at home on Thursday afternoon, February 15, 2007. Clyde was just shy of his 15th birthday.

Caban Farm closed for 2005 season

After a busy summer, Caban Farm has closed for the winter. We had a successful year and grew many hundreds of tomatoes. We are working on an analysis of our yield for the year. Stay tuned for details!
